Pauline Ezan
Pauline is an experienced midwife and psychedelic therapist. Over the past six years, she has accompanied more than 600 people through individual work, couples therapy, small groups and international retreats. Her experience includes three years facilitating monthly retreats in the Netherlands and teaching, co-organising and facilitating an international training retreat in Mexico for future psychedelic therapists—including clinicians, researchers and educators—with groups of up to 60 participants.
Her background combines hospital work in Brussels with extensive multi-year training in psychedelic therapy with the AWE Foundation. Her research collaborations include clinical ketamine work in medical settings with the University of Liège and emerging psychedelic-assisted palliative-care projects. She has also collaborated with Brussels psychiatrist and psychotherapist Caroline Depuydt, author of “La promesse des psychédéliques”.
Her tailored approach brings together psychotherapy, relational work and somatic practices, including breathwork and nervous-system regulation. She supports people facing anxiety, trauma, relational and attachment difficulties, grief, major life transitions and questions of meaning.
Depending on each person’s needs, her work may include psychotherapy, somatic approaches and breathwork, as well as psychedelic-assisted work in countries and settings where psychedelic use is legal. These pathways are grounded in careful screening, serious preparation, harm reduction and thorough integration, with medical or mental-health professionals involved when needed. Sessions can take place at Dakini House, online and, when appropriate, outdoors beside the Sonian Forest.
