Florence Watteyne
Florence is a systemic psychotherapist, nature facilitator and guide. She holds a degree from the Institute for Family and Sexuality Studies at the Catholic University of Louvain’s Faculty of Psychology, as well as a university certificate in systemic psychotherapy from CEFORES. She draws on more than sixteen years of experience in social and therapeutic support with individuals, couples, families and groups.
She works with people facing questions, distress, stress, anxiety, grief, separation, or difficulties in their personal, family or professional relationships. She pays particular attention to relatives of people experiencing distress or dependency and also offers sessions focused on parent-child relationships.
Her approach brings together systemic psychotherapy and the natural environment. Depending on each person’s needs and boundaries, sessions may take the form of a conversation, a therapeutic walk or a discussion group. Movement, observation and contact with the outdoors can open up other perspectives alongside the psychotherapeutic work.
